In this article, we’ll guide you through the steps to quickly report a lost or stolen virtual card and explain what happens next.
If your SenturoPay Virtual Card has been lost or compromised, it’s important to take immediate action to protect your account and prevent unauthorized transactions. SenturoPay provides a simple and secure process to report your card, freeze activity, and request a replacement if needed.
Step 1:
Log in to your SenturoPay account, then click on the “Card” tab on the bottom of your account main dashboard then click on “Settings”
Step 2:
Select Lost or Stolen card.
Step 3:
After clicking on the “Lost or Stolen” tab, you will be presented with two options, Either report the card lost, stolen or temporary freeze the card.
Please note that the Replacement of Virtual Card Fee is 10 USDT
- Report as Lost or Stolen: Choose this option if your card is confirmed lost or compromised. It will immediately block and terminate the card
- Freeze Temporarily: If you're unsure whether the card is lost and still searching for it, you can temporarily freeze the card. This will pause all transactions until you either unfreeze it or choose to report it as lost.
The card frozen status will be visible as below.
Once you click on Report and Terminate card, you will see an on-screen confirmation message indicating that your request has been submitted successfully.
