If you need to update the name displayed on your SenturoPay Virtual Card for personal, professional, or accuracy reasons you can request a change directly from your account. While the virtual card is digital, the name associated with it appears on transaction records and may be required for certain merchants.
This guide will walk you through the steps to request a name update and explain any verification or conditions required for processing the change.
Step 1:
Log in to your SenturoPay account, then click on the “Card” tab on the bottom of your account main dashboard and click on “Settings”
Step 2:
Select Card Name.
Step 3:
Edit the card name then click Save.
Once you click on Save, you will see an on-screen confirmation message indicating that your card Nickname change request has been submitted successfully.
