In this guide, we’ll walk you through the quick steps to freeze or reactivate your virtual card with just a few taps. Need to temporarily pause your SenturoPay Virtual Card? Whether it’s due to suspicious activity or simply for added control, you can easily freeze or unfreeze your card directly from your dashboard. This feature ensures you stay in control of your spending and card security anytime, anywhere.
Step 1:
Log in to your SenturoPay account, then click on the “Card” tab on the bottom of your account main dashboard and click on “Settings”
Step 2:
Select Terminate Card.
Step 3:
Click on Freeze Card Temporarily tab.
Step 4:
Click on Freeze Card
To unfreeze follow the same steps except you click on Unfreeze.
Once you click on Freeze/Unfreeze card, you will see an on-screen confirmation message indicating that your Freezing/Unfreezing request has been submitted successfully.
