Why am I receiving a message about withdrawing my funds?
SenturoPay is undergoing a planned operational wind-down. As part of this process, we are informing users with a wallet balance to withdraw their available funds to ensure their accounts are fully settled before the wind-down is completed.
How do I withdraw my balance?
You can withdraw your funds directly through your SenturoPay app. Simply follow the withdrawal steps as you normally would. If you need guidance, please contact our support team, and we will walk you through the process.
I have no balance in my wallet - do I need to do anything?
No action is required. If your wallet balance is zero, your account will be included in the standard winding down process automatically.
Will I continue to have access to my SenturoPay account?
You will have limited access to your account during the wind-down period. Platform access will be fully discontinued on 7 January 2026, after which you will no longer be able to access your SenturoPay account.
Will my card continue to work?
No. All SenturoPay cards will be automatically deactivated on 18 December 2025. Please destroy any physical cards and remove saved card details from merchants or subscription services.
What will happen to my account after the transition?
Your account will be included in our structured wind-down process. Once all balances are settled, accounts will be gradually deactivated.
What important dates should I be aware of during the wind-down period?

Why is SenturoPay undergoing this change?
Over recent months, we have carefully evaluated external factors and market conditions. Following this review, we determined that continuing operations would no longer allow us to serve our users at the standard we expect. As a result, we are proceeding with a structured wind-down while prioritizing transparency and customer support throughout the process.
How much time do I have to withdraw my funds?
Users are required to withdraw their funds before the final withdrawal deadline. Please refer to the timeline below:

Withdrawals must be completed by 24 December 2025.
What happens if my balance is below the minimum withdrawal amount?
If your balance is below the minimum withdrawal threshold, you’ll need to top up your wallet to meet the required minimum amount before you can complete the withdrawal as it is asset basis.
What if my SenturoPay card is linked to subscriptions or recurring payments?
Please update your payment method with any merchants or services you have active subscriptions with. Your SenturoPay card will be deactivated on 18 December 2025 and will no longer be accepted for recurring payments.
Will I still be able to access my transaction history after the platform closes?
Please download any statements or transaction history you may need. Once the SenturoPay app is deactivated, account access and transaction history will no longer be available.
Please note that Full discontinuation of platform access will occur on 7th January 2026.
Can I transfer funds to a bank account instead of a crypto wallet?
Yes. Withdrawals can be processed either to an external crypto wallet or via a bank transfer through an off-ramp transaction, depending on the withdrawal option you select.
Will there be any fees to withdraw my funds?
The standard blockchain network fees will apply or Off Ramp fees, based on the withdrawal method you select during withdrawal.
I can see Tron balance displayed into my wallet, but I cannot withdraw it, why?
The TRON amount you see in your account balance represents gas fees that are maintained by SenturoPay for transaction processing purposes. These funds are used to facilitate blockchain transactions and are not part of your withdrawable balance.
Important: This TRON balance cannot be withdrawn, as it belongs to SenturoPay's operational gas tank and is not customer funds.
Your actual withdrawable balance consists of your cryptocurrency holdings (excluding the displayed TRON gas fees).
