Apple Pay with SenturoPay – Important Update

We know many of our customers enjoy the convenience of using Apple Pay with their SenturoPay cards. Recently, there’s been a change affecting how new cards can be added to Apple Wallet.

Your current SenturoPay card remains fully active and can be used as usual. If it’s already in Apple Wallet, you can continue using Apple Pay without interruption. However, adding new cards to Apple Wallet is temporarily unavailable.

To help you understand what this means in practice, we’ve prepared answers to the most common questions below.

Q1: Can I still use Apple Pay with my SenturoPay card?

A: Yes. If you have already added your SenturoPay card to Apple Wallet, you can continue using Apple Pay as normal without any changes.

Q2: Can I add a new SenturoPay card to Apple Wallet?

A: At the moment, adding new SenturoPay cards to Apple Wallet is temporarily unavailable. This follows recent policy updates from Apple that affect some card programs across different providers.

Q3: What happens if I remove my card from Apple Wallet?

A: If you remove your SenturoPay card from Apple Wallet, you will not be able to re-add it until further notice. We recommend keeping your existing card in Apple Wallet if you actively use it.

Q4: What should I do in the meantime?

• If your SenturoPay card is already in Apple Wallet, you can continue using it normally.
• If you haven’t yet added your card, you can still use your SenturoPay virtual card for all your online payments. It remains fully active and secure for e-commerce transactions across supported merchants.

Q5: Does this affect my SenturoPay card ?

A: No. Your SenturoPay card remains fully active and can be used for all transactions online and, if you have added the card to Apple Wallet you can use it in-store and contactless as normal. This update only affects the ability to newly add or re-add cards to Apple Wallet.

Q6: Is SenturoPay working on bringing back Apple Pay card enrollment?

A: Yes. We are in active discussions with our partners to explore future options. As soon as Apple Pay enrollment becomes available again, we’ll notify you right away.
