How To Withdraw Crypto From Your Senturopay Wallet

If you make a payment by withdrawing crypto assets from your SenturoPay wallet and a refund is initiated, you must manually provide your SenturoPay wallet address to the merchant. Refunds sent to the original sending wallet address will not be credited back to your SenturoPay wallet. To ensure successful refund processing, always share your SenturoPay wallet address directly with the merchant.

Step 1:

Log in to your SenturoPay account, then click on the “Withdraw” tab on the main dashboard.

Step 2:

Select the asset you wish to Withdraw (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH).

Step 3: 

Select the appropriate blockchain network (e.g., ERC20, TRC20, BEP20).

Step 4:

Enter the recipient wallet address and the withdrawal amount.

Step 5: 

Review the withdrawal details and click confirm.

Step 6: 

Proceed with withdrawal verification.

Once the withdrawal is fully processed and confirmed on the blockchain or payment network by the custodial partner, you will receive a confirmation email.
