This guide will help you complete the identity verification process required to unlock the full functionality of your SenturoPay account. Verifying your account ensures secure access to features such as wallet funding, card issuance, and withdrawals.
Follow these simple steps to get verified quickly and start using SenturoPay with confidence and security.
Step 1:
Log in to your SenturoPay account dashboard, and click on the “Verify Your Account” notification tab.
Step 2:
Select your Nationality from the dropdown list to begin the verification process.
Step 3:
You will be required to complete two verification steps as part of the KYC process:
- Facial Recognition (Liveness Check)
- Document Scan
Step 4:
Once the facial recognition step is completed, you will be prompted to:
- Select the country where your ID was issued
- Choose the type of identification document:
- Passport
- National ID Card
- Residence Permit
Follow the instructions to scan and upload the document.
Step 5:
After completing both steps, your KYC application will be submitted for review. Our compliance team will notify you if any additional documents or information are required.
